We take assessment confidentiality seriously.

For assessments such as DiSC®, Agile EQ®, EIQ2, Five Behaviors®, and 360° tools:

  • Individual reports are confidential to the participant unless they choose to share them.

  • Coaches and facilitators only access data needed to deliver the service.

  • Group or team reports may be generated but do not disclose individual responses.

  • Assessment providers (Wiley, etc.) may store data according to their own privacy policies.

Coaching conversations are confidential and will never be shared without explicit consent.

4. How We Share Information

We only share information when necessary to deliver our services. This may include:

  • Assessment vendors (ex. Wiley, EIQ2)

  • Payment processors (ex. Stripe, Shopify)

  • Email platforms (ex. Mailchimp, ConvertKit)

  • Scheduling tools (ex. Calendly, Zoom)

  • Website hosts (ex. Squarespace, Shopify)

These providers have their own privacy policies and only receive the information required to perform their services.

We may share information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.
