Solutions Manager

Karla Helm is a business solutions expert that provides small business support when you need it!  Karla is a self-taught, hard-working individual that has been successful in learning through trial and error while owning multiple small businesses, and by volunteering for multiple organizations.

As a business owner herself, Karla understands the frustrations experienced by business owners in their day-to-day operations.  For +15 years, she has worked with small businesses and non-profits to improve their efficiency and operations by establishing and managing their policies and procedures.  Karla looks at a business from the outside looking in, since she has no bias nor opinion, she can look at a business’s operations objectively and ask questions that may escape a business owner that is ‘living’ in their business.  Together they seek opportunities to streamline their routines and determine procedures for their operations.

Now, with the aid of technology, a small business’s operations can be handled easier than ever.  Working with a team of consultants, Karla researches the latest technology available and implements them so that your business can concentrate on what it is they do best!

Karla loves to work with people and to discover what makes them ‘them’!  She is passionate about learning and trying to help people have that ‘easy’ button in at least one aspect of their life.  She enjoys volunteering and aiding others to achieve their goals.

In her work with Centrivity, Karla helps coordinate the behind-the-scenes activities that allow Erin to focus on her facilitating and coaching.  Since Erin has more time to work with her clients, doing what she loves, she can deliver the very best for each and every client!
