Step 2: Enable Confident Internal DiSC® Facilitation

Catalyst™ Practitioner Experience

The Catalyst™ Practitioner Experience (CPE) is expertly designed to help organizations deliver DiSC® learning internally with confidence.

It provides the tools, structure, and support needed for HR, L&D, and People & Culture teams to facilitate engaging sessions.

Certifications need to be purchased directly in the EPIC Store. 

Once a seat is purchased, participants will receive access to the self-paced coursework and be able to choose their own live session cohort dates within the new Online Training Center. 

All certification participants will be able to attend any certification course, whatever their role is!
