Certification Experience

Everything DiSC® Certification goes beyond understanding the DiSC® model. It gives professionals the knowledge, practice, and resources to apply DiSC skillfully and facilitate meaningful learning experiences in real workplace settings.

  • Your registration includes:

    • Everything DiSC® Workplace Certification Online Course

    • Your choice of Facilitator Kit:

      • Boxed Kit (USB materials), or

      • Digital Download Kit (instant access)

    • Two-week program

    • Four live virtual sessions (2 hours each)

    • Five self-paced modules (approx. 3 hours each)

  • Complete two practice projects designed to build real facilitation capability:

    • Group facilitation application

    • 1:1 coaching application
      Both include feedback to strengthen your delivery and confidence.

  • Achieve certification by completing the final exam with a score of 80% or higher.

By the end of the experience, you'll have the knowledge, resources, and practical experience to confidently facilitate Everything DiSC® sessions in real workplace settings.
