Who should take this assessment
Everything DiSC® Worksmart helps managers move from awareness to action by keeping DiSC® alive in everyday leadership. It builds the skills that matter most—whether developing new leaders or strengthening experienced ones—resulting in a stronger management culture that drives engagement, productivity, and performance.
Access & Requirements: Worksmart is available to learners who have completed the Workplace on Catalyst assessment. The Workplace profile is not included and must be purchased separately.

Insight Sessions and Development Workshops
Insight Sessions help participants make sense of their assessment results—whether through a 1:1 debrief, a small-group conversation, or a large facilitated workshop.
Across all assessment types, these sessions deepen self-awareness, strengthen understanding of team dynamics, and translate insights into practical behaviours leaders can apply immediately.
Insight Sessions can be customized for individuals, intact teams, cross-functional groups, or organization-wide programs, and can be seamlessly integrated into broader blended learning pathways for sustained development.
